Registration Information

Current Families

All current families will have priority to register their current students for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year in December. Register any time between December 3 and December 12 - this is a rolling window and is not first come first serve. Please have a paper registration form ready to turn in. There is a $150 registration fee which will be charged per student to your ELV account. Please hop onto ELV to pay this fee prior to December 12. 

Please be as accurate as possible on your registration form when requesting extended days or early bird spots - this is how our staffing schedule is made for the year. You will get a chance to confirm your schedule in June. Any changes made after June are subject to a change fee. 

Current students will be given priority and then siblings will be able to take any remaining spots. If you have a sibling I would recommend filling out a registration form for the siblings, I will reach out to you via email by December 20th to let you know if your child's sibling has secured a spot and then you will be prompted to pay the registration fee on ELV.  

New Families

New families will be eligible to submit their registration forms between January 7-10 for the new family lottery. It is not first, come first serve, but please drop it off at some point during the window. Please plan to drop the completed registration form (2 sides) off at our office between 8am-4pm with a $150 check for the registration fee. 

We will not accept digital copies of registration forms. 

If you are curious about availability in a specific class please feel free to reach out at the end of December. We are happy to be as transparent as possible before the lottery window opens.

We will reach out to you by Monday January 13 to let you know if your child has a spot for the 2025-2026 school year at that time we will process your registration fee. If your child has a spot on the waitlist then we will not process your registration fee. 

If your child is on the waitlist then we will keep you apprised of any openings, if any opening becomes available we will reach out to you by phone and/or email. You will have approximately 48 hours to accept the spot and we will process your registration fee once we hear back from you. You can also choose to not accept the spot and/or remain on the waitlist.
