Beth came to Colorado in 2010 to teach for the AmeriCorps program, Teach for America. Beth taught elementary school in Denver for 7 years prior to founding The Children's World School in 2019. She loves the look on a child's face when they have learned something new!

Beth holds a bachelor’s degree from College of Charleston and a Master’s Degree in Reading Education from Regis University. She is a licensed Early Childhood Teacher in Colorado.  Elizabeth loves to watch children use play as a path to learn new things. She loves working with our global curriculum that exposes students to different cultures, languages, activities and holidays. The best part of working with the Koala class is the personal growth she sees in the students during the school year! 

She loves to spend time with her husband and three children. She loves to travel, ski, hike and loves reading historical fiction.
