Alondra is a co-lead teacher in the Koala classroom at the Children’s World School. She has participated in various courses focusing on the physical, intellectual and socio-emotional development of children. Alondra is furthering her education through the CDA program. She believes in the importance of our international curriculum that promotes the cultural exploration of diverse backgrounds that inspire life-long learners. 

Alondra enjoys engaging students in play and understanding how they explore and learn from the world around them. 

She is a creative individual who finds joy in seeing the children engage with all mediums and materials to create art. Alondra can attest to art as an outlet for childhood expression and values getting messy in the classroom, whether paint or dirt! She wants to encourage the innate uniqueness that exist in every kid and elevate compassion and empathy in the classroom.

Alondra grew up in the Harvey Park neighborhood in Denver in a Spanish speaking household. As a Colorado native, she enjoys cold mountain water and hiking. You can catch her at summer concerts and festivals or snuggled up with her husband, dog Bean and cat Molly watching documentaries.
